Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Keeping your existing mobile number is quick and easy.
Simply text PAC to 65075 from your current mobile phone and you’ll receive your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) by text, usually within a few minutes.
When you activate your Charitel SIM, simply provide us with your PAC code and we’ll take care of the transfer for you. In most cases, your existing number will be transferred within one working day.
There’s no charge for keeping your number, and you can continue using your current phone number with Charitel.
